Tom Hines directs the operations, reporting, and compliance areas of New Century Advisors. Prior to joining NCA, he served as Senior Investment Manager and Chief Compliance Officer at Keel Point Advisors, a multi-family office, where he oversaw the operations department, implemented a new client reporting system, and revamped the firm’s Registered Investment Advisor compliance processes. Previously, he was Client Services Manager and Chief Compliance Officer at Keystone Asset Management, where he was instrumental in restructuring the firm’s operations and compliance processes. Tom began his financial services career at SOL Capital Management, where he held positions in operations, client servicing, trading, and research.

Tom earned his B.A. in English from the University of San Diego. He has over 20 years of compliance and investment operations experience.
